Profriends taking a bite off the condo development chunk and taking it to the next level

The description laid out above might sound a bit on the upscale and pricey end. However, do not let looks, specifications and descriptions soak up your passionate desire to own a unit away because the price is not what you think it is. Prices per unit starts at a very low P7, 500 a month which means that the company made it absolutely affordable for the single urban yuppie with a monthly disposable income of at least P20, 000 a month (this is just a speculative figure to illustrate hypothetically how viable the price point is)
