and housing development company that started boing business back in 1999. This successful
real estate business was inaugurated by a bevy of highly passionate and
energetic individuals that embraces the collective aspiration of catalysing
communities and revamping the quality of life of the average Filipino family by
bringing forth premium quality dwellings at very reasonable price points. Over
the years, the Property Company of Friends, Inc. have steadily progressed from
providing citizens of the lower income socio-economic strata in diminutive
niche developments to townhouses and middle rise condominium for the members of
the middle class demographics up to single detached housing units for the upper
income group of home buyers.
As of this writing, the company has delivered

that the company’s main developments are located in Cavite, A province south of
Manila approximately 14 kilometers away. The province is amongst the most
progressive provinces in the country with thriving industries and business
districts. On top of those positive attributes, close proximity to Manila is
one of the main reasons why the Property Company of Friends, Inc. decided to
channel their attention on launching community developments here. The advantage of being close to the nation’s
capital can’t be stressed enough. The advantages include accessibility
especially if the homeowner’s place of work is in the city plus they also get
to enjoy a community away from the noise and pollution of the city. Currently,
there are two developments in progress, both of them are like what I have
mentioned earlier, located in the Province of Cavite. Here are the two current
developments:
Bellefort Estates:
Bellefort Estates is a 110 hectare premier
development located in the Daang-Hari Molino area in Bacoor, Cavite. The
development features a linear park that compliments the natural hilly terrain
of the area where the fresh cool breeze of the province blows that feels so
perfect against the European-themed design of the subdivision. The name of the
estate means “beautiful refuge” from the French word “belle” meaning beautiful
and “fort” from the old French meaning enclave of refuge. The estate is one of
the first developments in Cavite to feature the linear park mentioned earlier. It
is a safe open space where children can play and families can do outdoor
gatherings. The subdivision features houses with bigger spaces and designed for
the upper income home buyers.
Lancaster New City:
This
development is an English-themed subdivision development that measures in at
600 hectares. It covers three towns namely Kawit, Imus and Gen.Trias. The
Lancaster New City is designed to be a full fledge town with all the amenities
that the residents might need situated inside the development like the Suntech
iPark, Lancaster Square Mall, church and others.
Profriends is getting better and better as
shown by the progressive developments that they currently have. The future
definitely looks better for them.
