I personally think that the Cypress unit is a more wise purchase
since adding Php220,000 is a great deal to have another storey to your home.
But if it’s a simple bungalow you want with provision for yard, then be my
guest. I was thinking that if I weren’t able to purchase a home at Lancaster
anymore, I would have chosen the Cypress
at Cedar Residences. Carmona is really close to Manila so it is a convenient
location. But luckily, Lancaster is still open to any interested property
buyers.
