Lazada Philippines: Captivating online users to shop online

By now, there are a lot of websites is visited more than once by a single online user.  It is essential that each website should give their local online users a reason on why they should stay on their website. It's only logical that website owners prioritize that their visitors won't have a hard time on their website. In this era, new websites are being put to live almost every day from various website niches. It's great user experience that local online visitors are looking for in a website. Extended or extra revenue can also be achieved for Ecommerce websites. Some of the online malls are having a hard time in providing better user experience making their great deals less attractive to their consumers.

At times, having the best deal is not enough; some visitors will just move on to then next online store if they find an online mall very hard to access. Online mall's credibility is usually dependent on this. Websites that do present bad user interface and experience to their customers will give them a bad impression on other online customers as well. Frauds and scams labeling may even occur from disappointed local online customers. Ecommerce is actually a rising industry in the Philippines nowadays. In my own opinion, it has only begun to rise only last year.

Prior to that year, online shopping wasn't even highly though off by the local online users. The local online community usually prefers to visit local online classified ads to check for second hand units or items. The scam risk rate is quite high in the country with online shopping. The local online shopping industry started to change when website like Lazada came in to the picture. The Philippines' Online Shopping Mall offered Cash on Delivery or simple called C.O.D. as an alternative payment method to their customers. In general, this allows customers to earn their trust on their first try since this payment method doesn’t require customers to pay up until they receive their orders in real time.

Online malls have a lot to lose while online customers have all the advantage. Final transaction is still done offline since customers who opt for this payment method are only required to pay after their orders are handed over to them. Credit cards are no longer a huge factor since online customers can still pay in cash. I also like how they presented their website's user interface to their local online customers. No need for first time visitors to worry as they can easily understand how to use a website. They can easily understand how they can shop on their website by just having a glance at their website. It's so easy to come back where you left off thanks to their category menu that is present on all of their website pages. Their category menu is will grouped that it can speed up online shopping just from the menu alone. This actually helps customers right away on where to go directly on their category.
