The online payment methods they offer provide customers to be in control.

Online malls usually only allow credit card or PayPal as the accepted form of payment in online. The conventional way of online payment is actually hard for most local customers since they don't have either of the two conventional payment methods online. They actually offered Cash on Delivery or C.O.D. as an alternative payment to their customers. It allowed them to tap the untapped market online in the Philippines. It is actually the majority of the population in the country. Since the entire market is now open in Internet, it definitely helped Ecommerce thrive in the country.
