Philippines was very low a few years back. This is despite online shopping
being around for the longest time. It is not simply because we don’t know that

not usually offered by online businesses. This is a risky payment method for
any online business owners. Online customers can pay later after they receive

that customers can pay them after their orders are actually handed over to
them. No need for customers to worry since they get to keep their money up
