What are my thoughts on Lazada Philippines exactly? Well I think the company is great and they offer awesome online shopping finds and amazing deals. Lazada is an online shopping company that has been playing in the Philippine local e-commerce market for almost two years now; well actually it is somewhere around a year and six months. It does not really matter how long the company has been around or much they have earned (although Lazada also does a really exceptional job on that particular aspect of the business) but rather what matters most is the contribution of the company to the economy.

 In this case since Lazada have contributed a lot of laudable things to the progress an forward movement of local e-commerce I must take what I said earlier because I used the verb is instead of are when in fact the verb “are” is more appropriate to use because of the number of ways Lazada Philippines have impacted the local e-commerce industry. Lazada Philippines affected the way the average shopper perceives shopping and other traditional forms of purchasing goods and services. The scenario not too long ago is that when someone is looking for a certain item that he or she wants to get his hands on, the first thing that they would  do is to go directly to a store, a shop or a shopping mall. That kind of shopping did not give consumers that much option. It got them tied up to the limitations that traditional stores offer. It did not give those options and the freedom to do a profound and thorough research. They are bound to get boxed in by the salesmanship of the representative pitching the product.

They can now do their own research, dig for facts about a certain product they are looking to purchase, solicit information from real people that already have experience with the product and share opinions. The information that they can gather from these forums can be used profusely to arrive at informed decision before totally making the plunge and buying the product. Lazada Philippines opened the local consumer’s minds to the unlimited possibilities that e-commerce and online shopping could bring. The benefit of online shopping saturates the entire being and sensitizes an online shopper’s soul. It is definitely a mind blowing creation that allows people to have fun and gets stuff without them being required to be actually present in the store’s location. It is very transcendental indeed.  As more and more people are getting aware of the merits of online shopping, the demand naturally proportionately increased thus allowing individuals with entrepreneurial minds to pursue and go after the online shopping business that makes for a very dynamic e-commerce industry. The progressive ascend of local e-commerce translates to a better overall local economy. Lazada certainly had a huge positive impact to the local e-commerce industry.
