Lazada Philippines: Customer’s choice in online shopping

There are always some local Internet users who are very particular in visiting a website of their interest for multiple of times. As an online business owner, it's their duty to know on how they will make their website worthwhile of its visitors. Online visitors should always have a great experience when a visiting a website. Regardless of website niche, a lot of new websites are being launched online everyday. A website with great user interface helps them get more returning visitors down the road. This can even help Ecommerce websites earn more revenue. Despite having great deals, most of these online websites lack user experience. Online customers may still prefer a decent deal over a great deal from a hard-to-use online mall. Online mall's credibility is usually dependent on this.

Customers may give online malls a bad reputation if they encounter bad user experience with them. Local online customers who may have been treated badly will label these online malls as scams and frauds. Actually, Ecommerce website businesses is rising in the Philippines nowadays.. When you come to think of it, this only started last year. The local online community didn't consider it highly a year prior to Ecommerce's rise. The local online community usually prefers to visit local online classified ads to check for second hand units or items. It is not secret that online shopping exposes any online customer on getting scammed. When website like Lazada arrived in the Philippines, the online shopping perspective was changed at the same time.

Local online users were presented with Cash on Delivery or simple called C.O.D. as an alternative payment method of the Philippines’ Online Shopping Mall, which allowed them to try it. This allowed online customers to have a confidence in dealing with them since they are not required to pay right away online. Advantage is on the online customers side since they are risking more and ahead of the final transaction. Personally, I believe this is the only way for online stores to breakthrough the online shopping barrier. By allowing customers to keep their money until they receive their orders, it gives them security and gives online stores an opportunity to show they can be trusted.

Their transaction is still done offline since customers who opt for this payment method are only required to pay after their orders are handed over to them. Credit cards are no longer a mandatory requirement to have when thinking of online shopping in the Philippines. I can also appreciate how they made sure their website can be used easily by their online customers. I think even if first time online shoppers will find it very easy to navigate and shop.

First time local online visitors that see their website will easily understand how it should be navigated. This category menu is actually helpful since it's almost difficult to get lost on their website. Their category menu is will grouped that it can speed up online shopping just from the menu alone. It makes it easier for online users to go straight to selection that they find suiting to their needs or demands.
