A lot of the online payment methods that they offer provide customers to be in control. Online stores usually only accept PayPal or credit card payment from their customers. It actually affects the customers in availing what they want since they can't pay online the conventional way. They were one of the first online malls to offer Cash on Delivery or C.O.D. as a alternative form of payment method. This single handedly allowed them to tap the untapped market in the past.
