Owning a house is a dream that a lot of
working people like me go after and why not it is one of the primary basic
needs of man along with food and clothing. Since I started my career in the BPO
industry, the desire of owning a home has been the most predominant thought
that inhabited both my conscious and subconscious mind. That kind of mind set
probably has its roots coming from my strong, innate will to be independent.
Independence is of course defined by not relying on somebody else for your own
basic needs and part of that independence is of course having your own personal
space which is expressed in the form of home ownership. The only thing that was
hindering me from pursuing that dream is my financial status. Just like
everybody else, I didn’t have enough financial means to purchase a property not
even an amount to put a down payment on.
However, opportunity presented itself when
I got wind of the news that my Pag-ibig contributions are enough for me to be
eligible for a housing loan. I was told that I need to find a real estate
developer in order for me to take advantage of the housing loan that Pag-ibig
is offering so I looked around, grabbed every promotional materials that real
estate agents were handing out to me, scoured the world wide web for real
estate advertisements until one ad in Ebay Philippines caught my fancy. It was
a Pro-friends ad for their development in Carmona called Carmona Estates. I
thought it was perfect so I tried to get in touch with the agent who placed the
ad and I was not disappointed. It was indeed the perfect property for me as it
satisfied all of the criteria I was looking for in a house. The pricing,
location, type of house and everything is perfect adding to the fact that
Pro-friends aside from being the fastest
growing developer of quality and
affordable homes in the country is also a recipient of a developer of
the year award. Proof that the company I am dealing with is the real deal.
Buying a property from Pro-friends is one of the best decisions that I have
made in my life and it couldn’t get any better than this.
