Lazada Philippines: Changing the perception in online payment method


Shopping has always been done offline, but it's good that we now have online shopping as an alternative. Ultimately it shows the customers that they can enjoy shopping whenever they find fitting. This can be an advantage for people who have an unusual schedule where traditional malls are already closed during their free time. Probably they are the ones who start their activity only during nighttime when the malls are closed. There's a good chance that they prefer night time when doing shopping. It's actually hard to imagine that they can't even visit traditional malls on a regular occasion. Most of us can actually relate for this kind of situation.Evidently, they can only shop when they have a clear schedule. They are the ones who don’t have the privilege on their time.

Ecommerce is now beginning to take shape. Numerous online shopping stores are now being launched nowadays. It was just last year when online shopping started to be accepted. Conventional payment method such as via credit card is not commonly applicable to the country since most of them are not credit card owners. It is one of the factors on why Ecommerce had a hard time to rise in the country. Not all of us had the privilege of trying out online shopping. It's capability is mostly likely overlooked since we considers its downside first. We don't really trust online stores in the first place that's why Ecommerce struggled in the country. Customers are usually wary about online store's credibility since we think it will scam us. It's a challenge for any online business to have these kind situations. Lazada was actually prepared when they entered the local online market since they offered an alternative payment method that eliminated online shopping woes from the online shopping equation. This alternative payment method is called Cash on Delivery or C.O.D. that allows anyone to become customers any pay via cash. They even allow their customers not to pay right away and only do it once they receive their orders.
