Lazada, like no other reliable online store

How come we are having a hard time on relying on something or someone we are not familiar with? It’s simple; it’s hard to trust anything nowadays. This is similar to the online industry where online stores usually have a hard time getting customers since they do not trust them yet. I mean would you give someone your money especially if it’s hard earned to a stranger? It’s will be insane for someone to do that. These are the same problems being encountered in the Ecommerce industry. A lot of online stores are really receiving the cold shoulders from some of the local online users. Comparing traditional from conventional shopping is quite easy to determine if we measure it by reliability.

Of course, if we have tested something that fits our standards, would we choose something new and untested over them? You get my point? However, there are also some positives in doing online shopping. Comparing the two shopping options, if the online store is trusted already, shopping online gives more benefits. You save time, energy, and money. It’s the most convenient way to satisfy any customer’s shopping needs. They don’t need to dress up and go out just to buy something they want. All they need to have is an Internet connection and Internet capable device. They can even do it right in their bedroom. What’s also great about online malls is that they are open almost 24/7. For customers who have unconventional work shift where they are awake at night and asleep in the morning, this is a perfect fit for them. In the past, there were no local online stores that can be trusted.

Unlike, malls where there are already a lot of established mall brands. Good thing that last year, website like Lazada arrived in the country. Ever since they showed up in the Ecommerce radar. Other local online stores showed up as well to compete with them. It opened to us a lot of doors on where to shop. But personally, I prefer Lazada among the rest. Not because they are an Ecommerce company that was launched and backed by Rocket Internet, which is globally known for starting up huge Ecommerce business all throughout the globe. It is because of their overall online shopping service to the local online customers. They are one of the first online stores that offer Cash on Delivery or C.O.D., which is an alternative payment method that allows customers to pay in cash instead. They don’t even require upfront payment like how a typical online store is setup to a customers which they are required to pay first before their orders are processed and delivered to their shipping address.

As for Lazada, it’s exactly the opposite. As long as their customers select Cash on Delivery as their payment method, customers can order what they want from their lazada.com.ph website and just leave their shipment address. They only need to wait for 2-5 days of delivery and pay only after they receive their orders at their doorsteps. This makes them a more reliable online mall since customers have the upper hand against Lazada.
