Superb delivery service from Lazada- A Review
I am so tired of having to talk with customer service personnel over the phone to complain about the same exact thing. It’s either the toaster’s not working properly or the curling iron isn’t heating up well. Those instances are the very reason why it is essential to know which companies, stores, brands, or sites to trust. I’m not being pessimistic here but I always think of the aftermath when I buy. One of my concerns is good service. If I don’t think the personnel is approachable or accommodating regardless if I have purchased something or not already, I skip to the next store and disregard whatever it is I liked in their shop. It’s not arrogance. It’s more of me just prioritizing and having my interests a priority above everything else. Because no shoes or makeup is worth stressing over if at the end of the day, every person around me will get in my nerve. You’re the customer and you have every right to demand for what you think you deserve.
The problem is the Philippines lowered the standards of everyone, buyer or seller making bad service a valid excuse. When in reality, this is unacceptable. I highly require standards not just in work but in everything I do. I am never late and I present myself with utmost presence that demands respect. In return, I speak with them the same way I want to be spoken to. One of the websites that just started in the Philippines I admire is Lazada Philippines. It is owned by Rocket Internet, a German online venture builder with numerous other ecommerce sites launched in over 5 continents. They abide by an international standard that is apparent in their work and production. I have only had two purchases in this site and each time was problem free. I made use of my company credit card to purchase something for an orientation we were holding back then for the benefits of a recently devastating typhoon disaster. Before everything, I double checked if they were approved by any award giving body to make sure that the personal details I was giving out wouldn’t fall in the wrong hands. I also checked for the validity of their Department of Trade & Industry license. I don’t usually go that far but the situation called for it because it was the company’s financial assets I’m working for that would get into trouble if all else turned sour.
I called up customer service after and contacted a friend who works in the company to put me in the priority list. It was crucial for me to know the whereabouts of my order/s so that I could manage my time better. I needed to inform the desk who will be receiving the package ahead of time so not to experience any inconveniences on my behalf. Before the delivery occurred, I received a call from customer service informing me of the time and date they would be arriving. I commend their great customer service because given how Filipinos are very impatient when it comes to nagging customers, they handled me very well.

Bonuses of Lazada PH’s refunds – A Review
If
you ask me to recommend you a site where you can shop make-up clothes, gadgets,
appliances etc., I would probably have less than five to give, the majority of
them not known by all. I like to keep my purchases on the down low and despite
people not trusting underground sites, I find comfort knowing that the items I
have aren’t overrated or typical. I don’t buy online very often but this one
time I did after not purchasing anything online for so long sucked balls. I
ordered a 4th generation iPod touch from Lazada Philippines.
Having seen it plastered in every website I go to, I expected a lot. I expected
it to have excellent service especially considering that it’s under an
international company that has done multiple websites of the same nature around
the world. An international company based in Germany called Rocket Internet
owns it that is known for building various online ventures. To my surprise, the
flash of the camera I ordered was broken. I’ll keep the brand anonymous because
apparently Lazada gets their stocks directly from their distributors. It’s
either it was mishandled during delivery or the stock given was just plain
broken to begin with. Despite not knowing whom to blame for the mishap, it
still pisses me off every time I remember how things turned out. I didn’t know
then that they refund payments for items that don’t work properly or do not
resemble the description of the item that was ordered so I was furious for
quite a while. It was only when I called up customer service and they told me
that they would be more than happy to refund my money. I guess getting my money
back is better than getting the camera replaced since I still wouldn’t have
control over whether or not the next item to be delivered to me will finally be
working and be in top shape.
I consider myself lucky to have had experienced
this as early as now because at least the next time I order, I’d be sure to
check it out right away to avoid problems in the future that might just make my
ineligible for a refund. It also taught me how important reading terms,
conditions and policies before submitting an order is so in case of problems
like what I mentioned early, I would have a clearer understanding on how
situations like this should be dealt with. I wouldn’t be as panicked as I was
because I’ll be aware of their policies that protect my rights as a buyer. My
brother told warned me before how easy it is to get lost in the online world
but what I never really thought of was the importance of the notes describing
my purchases. Apparently, no matter how little the note is, it is better to
play safe and read just to have a clearer overview on how the process of the
process will go. Some e-commerce websites with customers who get defective
items delivered to them don’t offer the privileges websites like Lazada can
offer. Regardless of how unique I want to be, I know now more than ever than I
have to consider the bigger picture.

Furby AVAILABLE at Lazada PH – A Review
Do you remember having a small
furry friend on hand in different colors? Do you ever remember having that
unidentifiable furry friend that speaks when you feed it, pet it or pull its
tail? If you can picture having at least one toy that resembles what I just
described then you’re obviously not a 90s kid like me. While the rest of the
people in my batch were obsessing over Barbie dolls and polly pockets since I
studied in an exclusive girls school, I was taking care of my little friend
called Furby. I remember naming it Madonna after the famous singer of ‘Like a
virgin’. I only realize now how awful the origin of my furby was. If I remember
it correctly, there was a time they stopped making it. Of course, I have no
basis for this. It’s either I outgrew playing it and just forgot about it or
they really did stop production on the darn cute thing. Regardless of how I
stopped hearing about it, the point is, I know about it again. Furby is back
and in a variety of colors. The furby stuffed animals I saw in Lazada PH are
available in yellow, purple and red. I
used to have one in brown if I’m not mistaken so I don’t know why they don’t
have it in the same color now. I was a bit of a tomboy growing up and I guess
having a toy that wasn’t either too girly or boyish helped straighten me out a
bit.
For those who think it’s lame or pathetic to
have one, you couldn’t be more wrong. Getting a furby resembles raising a child
because how you take care of Furby will reflect the kind of personality it will
have in the future. Furby is engineered to develop its own set of personalities
depend on how its owner raises it. When you first get one, just like a baby,
you won’t understand what its saying. They’ll be speaking in furbish but the
longer you have it and hopefully, take care of the cute thing, the better it
will become in speaking in English. Think of it as your very own 3D tamagochi
without actually having to give it a bath. Furby was given to me at a very
young age and I think it helped mold me into becoming the responsible person
that I am now. I remember how I would hate not understanding Furby and how much
time I’d spend just hanging out with it so it learns to speak faster. I took
care of it more than I took care of my pet dog which says a lot about how
attached I became to it. Parents should think about getting their child one
because it promotes a lot of things that the children of today can no longer
get from the toys they already have. A
child must be dedicated to take care of a small non-living fellow who acts like
it’s real. It’s a bit pricey but considering how well it can help train your
children, I think it’s worth every penny. I know it helped me when I was
younger.
